About NJ State Grant Programs

Kaizen Technologies work with various state and federal grant funding programs to train dislocated, unemployed adults and youth from the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and the Department for Vocational Rehabilitation in Technology and Healthcare. Over the years we were awarded many grant programs and we successfully implemented the programs meeting the grant objective of providing trainings and employment. These grants provide students with the skills they need to succeed in high-skill, high-paying and in demand careers. The following are few of the recent grant program achievements.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

Kaizen Technologies work with New Jersey state on WIOA  grant funding programs to train dislocated, unemployed adults and youth from the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and the Department for Vocational Rehabilitation in Management, Technology and Healthcare. Recent Successful Grant Implementations:

FY22 – Opportunity Partnership Training Grant by NJ State to train and place 19 unemployed workers in the healthcare industry primarily for the in-demand Certified Medical Administrative Assistant occupation.

FY21 – Opportunity Partnership Training Grant by NJ State to train and place 12 unemployed workers in the healthcare industry primarily for the in-demand Certified Medical Administrative Assistant occupation. We successfully completed the grant as per the grant program guidelines.

NJ Upskill Grant Program Rutgers – LSTN: The Life Sciences Talent Network is funded through the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development to engage with employers within the New Jersey – Life Science Industry for their workforce Skills Up Gradation Program. We successfully completed the training for 150+ employees from LSTN- Skills Enhancement Program for Project Management (PMP®). This is for the Employees of New Jersey –Life Science Industry (Pharmaceuticals/Health Care/Hospital/Clinical trial etc.).

Kaizen Technologies work with federal grant funding programs to train incumbent, dislocated, unemployed adults and youth. We partner with organizations to fulfill the grant programs and to successfully implement the programs to meeting the grant objective of providing trainings. The following is the recent federal grant program.

DOH- NINDS Upskill Grant Program: This Grant is to upskill the incumbent federal government employees on Project Management. We partnered with G&G and successfully implemented the Project Management Training Program for 50 Senior Scientists from NINDS to meet their organizational needs.

Kaizen Technologies Veteran Grants

Kaizen Technologies is an approved Veteran training school to provide Veteran Grant Training programs for Veterans. Kaizen Technologies offers various training programs and certifications that can help you enhance your career in-demand occupations in IT and Healthcare. The training programs on Healthcare, Cybersecurity, Technology, and Management will synergies the growth opportunities for you to make a change in career.

We help veteran in completing the paperwork for training programs.

Kaizen Technologies a sponsor for the REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP program is offering this opportunity to young adults between the ages of 18-24. As a sponsor, our main goal is to register apprentices and expand apprenticeships nationwide.

BENEFITS FOR STUDENTS JOINING THE REGISTERED HEALTHCARE YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM:

• Training is completely FREE
• Students may qualify to receive supportive services to complete the program.
• After course completion our certified instructors with over 15 years of experience will help the students prepare to take for their state certification exams
• After completion of Related Technical Instruction, the certified students will start on-the-job training with our partner employers.
• After completion of On-the-Job Training students:
• Receive an honorary certificate of completion from the United States Department of Labor
•  May be offered a full-time position by the employer

KAIZEN TECHNOLOGIES AS A SPONSOR IS OFFERING THREE HEALTHCARE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS:

• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant.
• Certified Clinical Medical Administrative.
• CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE WITH DEMENTIA SPECIALIZATION.

We have our partner employers ready to hire youth for these apprentice-able occupations.
