Kaizen Technologies offers Healthcare Training Programs to enable the students to achieve their career pathways. With the growing demand of services in the healthcare industry, we launched new healthcare training programs for our healthcare clients.

The healthcare training programs are designed based on the healthcare career paths and industry requirements.

We are a National Healthcareer Association (NHA) partner. Currently our healthcare training programs include Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).

The CMAA program covers following:

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant
Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Certified Electronic Health Records specialist

All our training programs are oriented towards the recognized industry credentials.

These are employer driven programs and we are open to customizing our curriculums based on our partnering client’s requirements.

I’m glad I picked Kaizen Technologies as my school to train for the CMAA program and take the certification exam here. Our instructor Ms. Cynthia Little was not only very knowledgeable but very compassionate and understanding. She took the time to understand the difficulties we were facing and then teach and review the material with us accordingly. Our instructor and the Kaizen Technologies staff was very supportive and kept us motivated to complete the program and get certified.

I always had a keen interest in working for the healthcare industry and dreamt of becoming a pediatrician. I loved this training program. This program helped me a lot because I didn’t know much about the details about becoming a CMAA. I enjoy learning and communicating with my classmates and the instructor. My instructor was always there for me when I needed help.

Suvra is another person that helped me with everything. She’s a really wonderful person and I know if I need help, I can always go to her. I met her at a career fair in Newark NJ. If I didn’t meet her, I wouldn’t be doing this program.
